2022 was a year of growth and joy. As we emerged from pandemic restrictions, we set to work expanding services, innovating Club models, piloting programs, and doing more of what we do best: empowering kids to achieve their greatest potential.
During the 2021-2022 school year, we followed the lead of our kids and teens by dreaming bigger than ever before. Our growth can be seen in our success with one of our perennial goals: Serve More Kids. The number of kids and teens we served increased to exceed our pre-pandemic Club attendance numbers. Over the entirety of the school year and summer, we connected with over 23,000 kids, as well as their families, schools, and communities.
Every day, kids walk into our Clubs because they know they belong and matter. They know that their Club staff believes in them and that their community cares about them. As we look ahead, I thank you, our dedicated champions, who have made great futures possible for hundreds of thousands of kids for more than 60 years.
