Yasso, makers of indulgent frozen Greek yogurt bars, based in Boulder, makes an impact that goes far and beyond just providing healthy desserts. Yasso’s nonprofit, The Game On! Foundation believes in providing resources that enable youth to nourish their minds and bodies, so they can become the best versions of themselves. The Yasso Game On! Foundation’s investment and support of Boys & Girls Clubs inspires health and happiness in our community– activating wellness from the inside out. We are honored to highlight Yasso and The Game On! Foundation as our Corporate Partner of the Month!
A longtime supporter of Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, Yasso recently expanded their impact to Colorado, and we could not be more grateful for their support. As a sponsor of our Healthy Lifestyles program, Yasso helps to provide critical resources and opportunities for our Club members to learn, play and achieve their dreams. However, their partnership does not stop there. The Yasso team continues to go above and beyond to come up with creative ways to support our Clubs.
When plans for garden projects, healthy cooking classes, soccer clinics and camp visits had to be put hold this summer due to safety regulations, the Yasso team quickly changed gears. Yasso deployed their truck to help distribute food for Food Bank of the Rockies in April and hosted an online FroYo Social For Good to help raise money to buy grocery gift cards for Club families, in addition to investing more immediate support to help us open Clubs this summer and fall.
And in the middle of these uncertain times, Yasso remains focused on bringing joy and smiles to our Club kids. Every Friday afternoon, the Yasso frozen yogurt truck is visiting two of our Clubs, delivering frozen Greek yogurt bars safely to our kids and staff. The Yasso truck visits have been a huge hit, giving our kids an opportunity to have a frozen treat during these hot summer days.
