Frequently Asked Questions: 2025-26 Fees & Scholarships
All paid registration fees and monthly program fees are non-refundable. However, if your family needs to discontinue Club membership during the program session, future fee charges can be adjusted or cancelled with proper documentation.
Monthly program fees are not prorated regardless of when your Club member joins during the month. The full monthly fee applies.
High-school Club members (grades 9 - 12) participate free of charge! However, registration is still required via MyClubHub. If you have both high school students and younger Club members in your household, the household registration fee still applies.
If your Club is funded by a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant or a CO-AAP grant, your family will not be charged program fees while this grant funding is in place.
Please note that grant funding status can change. Your Club Director will communicate any changes to your Club's funding status that might affect fees. Visit your individual Club page to see if your fees are covered by one of these grants.
Our scholarship program provides fee reductions based on two factors: household income and number of Club members permanently living in your household. Scholarships can reduce school year monthly program fees and summer program fees by 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% for qualifying families.
During registration, you'll provide information about your household size and income. Our system will automatically determine your scholarship eligibility; we will ask families to attest to their income and household size. No documentation will be required to be submitted.
Scholarships apply to the school year monthly program fees, before-school care fees, and summer program fees. The registration fee is not covered by scholarships.
If you have any questions, please contact your Club directly. Thank you for your partnership and for entrusting us with your students! We are excited to continue growing together in pursuit of great futures for all kids.
