By providing safe spaces, fostering relationships built on trust, offering academic and leadership programs, encouraging healthy activities, and building a supportive community, we ensure all youth can engage in positive development. Membership remains accessible and affordable so that all families can participate.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is committed to fostering an environment where every staff member feels valued, supported, and equipped for success. We recognize that investing in our team strengthens our ability to serve our Club members and communities effectively. We provide competitive wages and benefits for eligible employees working 20+ hours per week and offer professional development, an Employee Assistance Program, and Employee Resource Groups for all team members.
