Erin Porteous se unió a Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver en 2006 y ha sido una parte vital del liderazgo de la organización, mejorando la escala y la calidad de sus programas al mismo tiempo que superó sus objetivos de ingresos. Fue nombrada directora ejecutiva en octubre de 2016. Antes de ser nombrada directora ejecutiva, Erin se desempeñó como directora de desarrollo y lideró todos los esfuerzos de recaudación de fondos, marketing y comunicación, y eventos especiales para Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. Bajo su liderazgo, Boys & Girls Clubs ha continuado mejorando tanto la escala como la calidad de los eventos especiales y los programas de mercadeo al mismo tiempo que superó las metas de ingresos anuales. Antes de trabajar en Boys & Girls Clubs, Erin tenía un puesto establecido en el sector sin fines de lucro trabajando para la Universidad de Colorado y también para Frederik Meijer Gardens, en Grand Rapids, Michigan. Angelo brings extensive experience from his executive roles in local and state government across Colorado. He previously served as the Director of Human Resources at the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Angelo is pivotal in fostering a workplace culture in alignment with Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver's core values. He is dedicated to supporting an inclusive workplace, promoting employee engagement, and is focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Angelo's leadership is instrumental in ensuring Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver continues to be a great place to work, where employees feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered to make a positive impact in the community.

NICK BRUNNER

Nick brings a decade of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and analysis in diverse roles, including non-profit, consulting, and venture capital. He uses an analytical approach and leadership to help executives and boards understand the key drivers of an organization’s financial success and challenges.

As the Director of Finance at the Children’s Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus, Nick partnered with the Board of Directors and leadership to grow the museum’s earned revenue to sustain the growing demand for access programs. Nick led key initiatives including implementing rolling financial forecasts, dynamic pricing, and a culture of data-driven decision making. Nick holds a master’s degree in accounting with a concentration in financial analysis & reporting from the University of North Carolina and a bachelor’s degree with a double major in finance and economics from the University of Tampa.

KC KOCH

Vicepresidente de Marketing y Comunicaciones

KC brings over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, branding, and nonprofit marketing, including six years of executive leadership at iDE, a global organization focused on ending poverty through entrepreneurship.

At iDE, she built the brand from the ground up, leading global storytelling and thought leadership efforts that helped grow fundraising from $300K to $3M. KC also launched major initiatives—including a global strategy focused on the power of women entrepreneurs to end poverty and the “40 Under 40” campaign honoring iDE-supported entrepreneurs who demonstrate grit, business sense, and community-mindedness.

KC began her career in graphic design and advertising with award-winning work for national and regional brands. She’s excited to bring her passion for mission-driven work and collaborative leadership to Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.
