Club Teens Visit Google as Part of Future Ready Lab Program
"What do you want to be when you grow up?"
For some of our Club teens, that question sparked new ideas during a recent visit to Google's Boulder campus.
They toured the offices, learned from a panel of Googlers, and jumped into a hands-on STEM challenge that showcased the creativity, collaboration, and innovation behind careers in tech.
By the end of the day, they didn't just see where technology is shaping the future—they saw how they could be part of it.
This was all part of Future Ready Lab, a two-week program held at the Jack A. Vickers Boys & Girls Club designed to help students explore career options. The program features several in-person guided experiences with the opportunity engage with professionals in the following industries:
✔ Healthcare with CU Anschutz Medical Students
✔ Technology/STEM at Google in Boulder
✔ Hospitality, Food & Beverage with Bad Daddy's
✔ Constructions & Development with Pulte Homes
