Vickers Boys &amp; Girls Club designed to help students explore career options. The program features several in-person guided experiences with the opportunity engage with professionals in the following industries:<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 <strong>Healthcare<\/strong> with CU Anschutz Medical Students<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 <strong>Technology\/STEM<\/strong> at Google in Boulder<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 <strong>Hospitality, Food &amp; Beverage<\/strong> with Bad Daddy's<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 <strong>Constructions &amp; Development <\/strong>with Pulte Homes<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Future Ready Lab expanded teens' understanding of career possibilities and increased their confidence in pursuing their goals.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div>The Future Ready Lab helped participating teens broaden their view of what's possible for their futures. Every participant reported that learning about different careers helped them better understand their options. Nearly 9 in 10 teens said they believe they can work toward any career they want, and more than half connected their personal interests to potential career paths.
