And at the heart of it all is our incredible Club Director,\u00a0Dyna Amaya-Lainez!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dyna is the heartbeat of the Montview Boys & Girls Club. She greets every child by name, celebrates their wins\u2014big and small\u2014and creates a space where kids feel seen, valued, and inspired. Whether\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0helping with homework, calming nerves after a tough day, or cheering kids on during activities, Dyna brings warmth and leadership to every corner of the Club.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meet\u00a0Dyna<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dyna has been part of\u00a0the Boys\u00a0& Girls Clubs of Metro Denver since 2017. She is an experienced youth mentor\u00a0and is now\u00a0a\u00a0proud\u00a0after-school leader for\u00a0the Montview Club, serving as Club Director. Her favorite part of the day? When the kids first walk through the door.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"\u201cIt\u2019s the first moment we can set the tone for the day. It\u2019s a million hellos, questions, and redirections. If a kid walks in with heavy energy, I make sure to give them the most positive welcome to the Boys & Girls Club. They can restart right then and there. I really enjoy these moments of connection.\u201d<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dyna\u2019s passion is creating a space where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and grow. She knows every child deserves a fresh start and a caring mentor who believes in them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
