Nashara <\/span>y <\/span>Naja'Ray <\/span>(<\/span>alegremente conocido como Ray <\/span>Rayo<\/span> por el Club) son un <\/span>d\u00fao Din\u00e1mico <\/span>cuyo <\/span>la amistad hace que terminen las oraciones del otro. A pesar de estar en diferentes grados y <\/span>asistiendo <\/span>escuelas secundarias a casi 40 millas de distancia, encuentran <\/span>unos y otros <\/span>en los broncos de denver<\/span> Ni\u00f1os ni\u00f1as<\/span> Club la mayor\u00eda de las tardes<\/span>. Pasan horas en el Club<\/span> planeando su 2023<\/span> Marcha por la Paz<\/span> evento, hablando <\/span>mediante<\/span> desaf\u00edos escolares y hacer lo que mejor saben hacer<\/span>: re\u00edr<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Nashara y Ray Ray han asistido al Boys & Girls Club de los Denver Broncos desde que ten\u00edan seis a\u00f1os. A medida que se acercan al final de su viaje en la escuela secundaria, ahora ven rasgos y caracter\u00edsticas de quienes alguna vez fueron en los miembros m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes del Club. Hace algunos a\u00f1os, llevaron el liderazgo que han desarrollado en el campo deportivo a un nuevo nivel al organizar el <\/span>marcha anual por la paz<\/span><\/a> para poner fin a la violencia e infundir esperanza en el barrio de Montbello y participar en RISE, un programa que brinda a los j\u00f3venes un entorno seguro para aprender sobre la diversidad y los conceptos relacionados con la inclusi\u00f3n y lo que significa ser campeones del cambio en su comunidad en aras de mejorar las relaciones raciales y abordar las injusticias sociales. Lo que me impresiona de ambas chicas es su fuerza de voluntad y determinaci\u00f3n. Esta primavera marcar\u00e1 la tercera Marcha anual por la Paz, y <\/span>su visi\u00f3n para el evento es grande y audaz.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Cuando le pregunt\u00e9 <\/span>Nashara y Ray <\/span>Rayo<\/span> quien los inspira, ten\u00edan la misma respuesta: ellos mismos.<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Rayo <\/span>Rayo<\/span> quiere tener un sal\u00f3n de belleza; una ventanilla \u00fanica para u\u00f1as, cabello<\/span>,<\/span> y encerado.\u00a0<\/span>S<\/span>\u00e9l est\u00e1 constantemente en la b\u00fasqueda de ser el <\/span><\/span>mejor<\/span><\/span> versi\u00f3n de ella misma. Nashara <\/span>se ha comprometido<\/span> empoderar<\/span>En g<\/span> misma para navegar los desaf\u00edos que enfrenta hoy mientras desarrolla su resiliencia y confianza.
